I led efforts to align the project team by creating detailed storyboard visuals for the customer’s experience with the product. These visuals helped start important discussions, focus the team, and improve the product.

Working quickly within a tight timeline with limited resources, I created, tested, and iterated on a setup experience prototype to validate our ideas and setup flow.
